At QWERTY, we do not delay the production of ordered products. The deadline for implementing the new project is approximately 4 weeks. The time necessary to complete previously implemented projects is 10 working days.

What is the order completion date and where can I check it? 
The order fulfillment time is 10 working days for previously executed projects (renewals). For new projects, it is 4 weeks. The fulfillment date can be checked in the order confirmation received under the ” Date of completion” column.
Will I receive a technical drawing of the product before production starts?
Yes, before manufacturing the product, a catalogue drawing will be sent. Once a project has been approved, production can officially commence
Is it possible to send a parcel via an InPost parcel locker?
Shipping via a InPost is not possible.
What makes up the costs of production preparation?
Production preparation costs include the cost of preparing technical documentation and production tools. These elements are necessary to produce a given product. This is one-time fee, paid at first order only.
Are the membrane keyboards waterproof?
Membrane keyboards have a wide range of applications. If the usage conditions require a high IP rating for the device (e.g., IP67, 68), we are able to provide it. The special design ensures proper keyboard operation even when immersed in water.
