GENERAL TERMS OF THE WARRANTY

- RANGE OF WARRANTY
- The Qwerty company guarantees that the products are made in accordance with the approved technical documentation and are free of physical defects.
- The Qwerty company grants the Buyer a guarantee for a period of 12 months from the date of sale.
- The warranty covers only physical defects resulting from causes inherent in the product to a value equal to the value of sales.
- The guarantee does not cover the elements supplied by the Buyer necessary for the execution of the order, eg. PCB, display, etc.
- LOSS OF WARRANTY
- Warranty does not cover products in case of finding:
- mechanical, thermal, chemical, water damage, excessive dirt, etc.
- incorrect assembly or storage
- broken label inspection (only membrane keyboards)
- any modification of the product
- The statement by Qwerty company any of the reasons specified in point. 2a-c is the basis for not accepting the complaint.
- Warranty does not cover products in case of finding:
- NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS
- The basis of acceptance the complaint to consider is satisfying the following conditions:
- The written notification of complaint containing the:
- Catalog number of the product
- Name of the product
- Invoice number
- A detailed description of the damage
- Delivered personally or through a the carrier notified products. Defective products should be returned by prior arrangement method of delivery. Shipping cost paid by the buyer.
- Notified goods should be properly protected for transport time. The risk of delivery rest on the Buyer.
- Qwerty company obligated to consider a warranty notification within 14 days of receipt of the defective product.
- Recognition of complaints will be tantamount to repair or replace the product free from defects.
- The term of the repair or manufacturing new products is determined individually with the Buyer
- The basis of acceptance the complaint to consider is satisfying the following conditions:
- In matters not covered by this Regulation is applicable the Civil Code.
