GENERAL TERMS OF THE WARRANTY

1. RANGE OF WARRANTY
   • The Qwerty company guarantees that the products are made in accordance with the approved technical documentation and are free of physical defects.
   • The Qwerty company grants the Buyer a guarantee for a period of 12 months from the date of sale.
   • The warranty covers only physical defects resulting from causes inherent in the product to a value equal to the value of sales.
   • The guarantee does not cover the elements supplied by the Buyer necessary for the execution of the order, eg. PCB, display, etc.
2. LOSS OF WARRANTY
   • Warranty does not cover products in case of finding:
     • mechanical, thermal, chemical, water damage, excessive dirt, etc.
     • incorrect assembly or storage
     • broken label inspection (only membrane keyboards)
     • any modification of the product
   • The statement by Qwerty company any of the reasons specified in point. 2a-c is the basis for not accepting the complaint.
3. NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS
   • The basis of acceptance the complaint to consider is satisfying the following conditions:
     • The written notification of complaint containing the:
     • Catalog number of the product
     • Name of the product
     • Invoice number
     • A detailed description of the damage
     • Delivered personally or through a the carrier notified products. Defective products should be returned by prior arrangement method of delivery. Shipping cost paid by the buyer.
     • Notified goods should be properly protected for transport time. The risk of delivery rest on the Buyer.
   • Qwerty company obligated to consider a warranty notification within 14 days of receipt of the defective product.
   • Recognition of complaints will be tantamount to repair or replace the product free from defects.
   • The term of the repair or manufacturing new products is determined individually with the Buyer
4. In matters not covered by this Regulation is applicable the Civil Code.
